Although one of the largest private EMS providers in Northeast Ohio, Lane LifeTRANS is still a family business and we work hard to keep that family culture. Our diverse workforce comes from all walks of life, educational backgrounds, and professional experiences. We’re proud to support open and honest communication between all levels of the organization, as a 24 hour a day, 365 day a year service provider, we take the “open door policy” to another level. Mr. Lane and the entire executive team are available to all personnel whenever necessary, no matter the time of day. The management team of Lane LifeTRANS is made up of highly trained professionals that have worked their way through various levels of EMS related positions and are “boots on the ground” managers who are more likely to be found on scene than at a desk.
